PRIVACY STATEMENT
- NO PART of your information is EVER sold or given to anyone for any reason. It is used EXCLUSIVELY to process your order efficiently, and to notify you of any new inventory. You can opt not to receive this information--just let us know. Unwanted spam mail is evil--you're bound to agree...
- Please be assured that credit card transactions take place over a secure server. This feature exists for your purchasing convenience. Charge with confidence.

PURCHASING
- Paying with credit card? Purchases ship within 2-3 days upon confirmation of your payment.
- Paying with money order? Email me (order@hipzippervintage.biz) with a complete list of items you wish to purchase, along with the corresponding item numbers. Include your full mailing address and a contact phone number if possible. I'll then send you confirmation of shipping cost and your total. Upon receiving your money order, I'll ship your purchase within 2-3 days.
- Paying with a personal check? Same as above, however I'll hold your purchase until the check clears both banks (usually 10 days max).
- Items indicating a "hold" status are for purchases made with check or money order until the transaction is complete. Items bought by credit card indicate a "sold" status.
- Tennessee residents please add 8.25% sales tax to your order.
- I will email you "the good news" the day I ship your purchase out.

SHIPPING
- I ship USPS priority mail. I do not ship UPS or Fed-ex, as they do not insure antiques.
- All packages must either be INSURED or carry a CONFIRMATION of RECEIPT. No exceptions.
- Shipping prices are standard U.S. Post Office rates. For more info on USPS shipping click here.
- I'm sorry. At this time, I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. This will change--give me time.
- If your item arrives to you damaged, you MUST take the entire contents and the original packaging material to your local post office and file a claim with them. The post office will then send the claim to me to process. Please do not re-pack the damaged item and mail it back to me-it will render the insurance useless and you will be out of a refund.

Ahh...REFUNDS
- Be 100% sure of your purchase. Any details, repairs and conditions are included in each description. Measurements are taken twice for accuracy. Email me w/ ALL questions as many times as you need to before buying.
- Email me at returns@hipzippervintage.biz within 24 hours of your receiving the item. Include your reason for wanting to return it. I'll work with your situation as best as I can.
- I'll send you a return of confirmation via email. Returns must be approved. Please do not return items without confirmation.
- You then have 3 days to return it, unused, undamaged and the package insured (insurance is not negotiable).
- Refunds do not include shipping costs. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- There is a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Refunds are not made for clearance or sale items. These sales are final.

This 'refund concept' is a trial period and subject to change. If it doesn't work, we'll go to 'store credit only.' Regretfully if that doesn't work, we'll go 'non-refundables.'
